Welcome to Landos Mobile Detailing LLC. By booking a service or using my website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully—I promise they’re more interesting than an owner's manual.
1. Services Provided
I provide professional mobile automotive detailing services. I will always do my best to restore your vehicle to its best possible condition; however, results may vary based on the vehicle’s age, wear and tear, and the specific package selected.
2. Booking and Cancellations

Rescheduling: I require at least [24] hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within [24] hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of $20 or loss of deposit.

No-Shows: If the detailer arrives and cannot access the vehicle or the customer is unreachable, it will be treated as a cancellation.
3. Weather Policy
Mobile detailing is subject to the elements. In the event of rain, extreme wind, or freezing temperatures, Landos Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to reschedule your appointment to the next available opening to ensure the quality of the work and the safety of our team.
4. Customer Responsibilities & Access
To provide the best service, I ask that you:

Clear the Vehicle: Please remove all personal belongings, car seats, and trash before we arrive. We are not responsible for lost items.

Access: Ensure we have adequate space to work and access to the vehicle.

Utilities: I will need access to water and electricity. (May result in cancellation if not)
5. Liability and Pre-Existing Damage

Damage Disclaimer: I am not responsible for damage due to "wear and tear" such as loose trim, oxidized paint, or brittle plastic that may break during a standard cleaning process.

Pre-Existing Issues: I will perform a pre-service inspection. Any major scratches, dents, or mechanical issues will be noted. We are not liable for these pre-existing conditions.

Engine Cleaning: If an engine bay cleaning is requested, the customer assumes all risk regarding sensitive electronic components.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. I accept [Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, etc.]. Unpaid invoices after 24hrs may be subject to a late fee.
7. Media Release
I love showing off our hard work! Unless you explicitly opt-out, you grant Landos Mobile Detailing LLC permission to take "before and after" photos or videos of your vehicle for promotional and marketing purposes. I will always blur out or hide your license plate for your privacy. (Upon Request)
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify the detailer before they leave the site or contact us within 24 hours. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue.
