Refund and Satisfaction Policy

At Landos Mobile Detailing LLC, I take pride in my work. Because detailing is a labor-intensive service, I do not offer full or partial cash refunds. However, I am committed to making sure you are 100% happy with your "new" ride.

 

1. The Satisfaction Guarantee

 

My goal is for you to be thrilled with the results. I perform a final walk-through with you upon completion of the service.

  • Spot Something? Please point it out to the detailer (me) immediately so I can fix it on the spot.

  • Missed it During the Walk-Through? If you notice an oversight after I've left, please contact me within 24 hours. I will return to correct the specific area of concern at no additional charge.

 

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

 

To secure your spot on our calendar, I may require a deposit of $20.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but are applied toward your total service cost.

     

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling made with less than [24] hours' notice will result in the loss of the $20 Deposit.

 

3. Service Limitations

 

There are some things detailing simply cannot "fix." I do not offer refunds or discounts for:

  • Permanent Damage: Deep scratches that have bypassed the clear coat, permanent interior stains, or "sun-baked" paint oxidation that requires body shop repair.

  • Customer Expectations: Results vary based on the vehicle's starting condition. We promise the best possible result, not a brand-new car off the showroom floor.

 

4. Quality Disputes

 

If a dispute arises regarding the quality of work, Landos Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to inspect the vehicle in person before determining the next course of action. Any modifications or "fixes" attempted by the customer or another detailer prior to our inspection will void this guarantee.
