Service Description

Give your vehicle a complete reset with our comprehensive full-detail service. Your car will receive: • Exterior Care: Full foam bath, deep wheel and tire cleaning, tire shine, and a 6-month ceramic sealant applied to protect and enhance your paint. • Interior Care: Thorough vacuuming, detailed wipe-down of all cracks and crevices, leather cleaning, UV protection on all interior surfaces, and streak-free glass finishing. This service restores your vehicle’s shine and cleanliness inside and out, leaving it looking refreshed and protected. Estimated service time is approximately 4-6 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition.


Cancellation Policy

Appointments All services are by appointment only. A valid date, time, address, and contact number are required to secure your booking. Deposits A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits go toward the total service cost and are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. Arrival & Access Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. Keys must be available if interior services are booked. Delays due to lack of access may result in shortened service time or rescheduling. Vehicle Condition Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size and condition. Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, biohazards, or excessive debris may require an additional fee, which will be discussed before service begins. Weather Policy In cases of unsafe or severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled to ensure proper service quality and safety. Payment Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. I accept approved forms of electronic payment and cash. Additional Terms & Conditions Liability Disclaimer I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, cracked trim, loose emblems, worn upholstery, or prior repair work. Any existing damage should be communicated before service begins. Personal Belongings Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. I am not liable for lost or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle. Biohazard / Excessive Condition Clause Vehicles containing mold, bodily fluids, needles, or other hazardous materials may be refused service or subject to additional charges. Satisfaction Policy Any concerns must be reported before I leave the service location so they can be addressed immediately. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns, unsafe environments, aggressive behavior, or vehicles in extreme condition.
