Service Description
My Premium Exterior Wash is designed for clients who want more than a basic wash. This service focuses on restoring gloss, protecting your paint, and giving your vehicle a clean, finished appearance. I begin with a full exterior foam bath to safely lift dirt and road grime from the surface before a thorough hand wash. After cleaning, a ceramic sealant is applied to the paint, providing up to 6 months of protection while enhancing shine and water repellency. Wheels and tires are deep cleaned to remove brake dust and buildup. A professional-grade tire shine is then applied to complete the look. Estimated service time is approximately 2-4 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments All services are by appointment only. A valid date, time, address, and contact number are required to secure your booking. Deposits A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits go toward the total service cost and are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. Arrival & Access Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. Keys must be available if interior services are booked. Delays due to lack of access may result in shortened service time or rescheduling. Vehicle Condition Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size and condition. Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, biohazards, or excessive debris may require an additional fee, which will be discussed before service begins. Weather Policy In cases of unsafe or severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled to ensure proper service quality and safety. Payment Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. I accept approved forms of electronic payment and cash. Additional Terms & Conditions Liability Disclaimer I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, cracked trim, loose emblems, worn upholstery, or prior repair work. Any existing damage should be communicated before service begins. Personal Belongings Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. I am not liable for lost or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle. Biohazard / Excessive Condition Clause Vehicles containing mold, bodily fluids, needles, or other hazardous materials may be refused service or subject to additional charges. Satisfaction Policy Any concerns must be reported before I leave the service location so they can be addressed immediately. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns, unsafe environments, aggressive behavior, or vehicles in extreme condition.
